How does one complete the prospect applicant card? |

Definition
1) Basic data on prospect (name, address, phone, source, activity, HS, recruiter) on LEFT FRONT of the PAC. 2) Specify the source in the source block 3) On the left front, enter action date, time of initial contact, results of contact, and any expressed interest to the opening statements or open probes. 4) On the right front, record all required info necessary for follow-up with the prospect. Set subsequent action dates for follow-up. 5) Have the NCOIC file the PAC by the earliest date in the Working File. a) Do not schedule uninterested prospects for immediate contact in the next week or month. Use either the two or three month rule. 6) College portion is reserved for those who on initial contact did not indicate any plans for college, and the subsequently changed their mind. 7) On the reverse side, track the prospect through the appointment, interview and processing stages. a) Screen for age, edu, phys, dependents, citizenship, and moral standards to prevent wasting time. b) Record the date and results of WRAT and EST c) Record results for mental and physical processing 8) Info on the PAC is related to other systematic recruiting components. Appointments and interviews must also reflect S&R sheets. Include processing info and results on the NCOIC’s Working Applicant Sheet. |
