• most common type of bone cancer in children
• arises in ends of large bones
• usually occurs between 10-25
• more common in males than females
• AKA osteosarcoma

Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome

• Vague/non-specific, may be medial, lateral, or infrapatellar pain
• Tenderness in the infrapatellar region
• May not be able to palpate areas of tenderness, depends on location of lesion
