What is the definition of ETOPS?
Definition

On the 777F it is the area starting at the ETOPS Entry point (E.ENT) and continuing to the final ETOPS Exit point (E.EXT) along the planned route. E.ENT and E.EXT are defined by a fixed distance radius from an adequate airport (using the 60 min/ 438 NM). For an ETOPS flight, there is only one E.ENT and one E.EXT.  (Max diversion distance is 1307 NM for 180 min.)
