Pa: King Minos (though patron is generous to say of him. His monarchy helped fund the building of the palace)

F: Has a mythological background.

C: Included terracotta piing for rainwater, and a labyrinth (minotaur and king Minos greek myth). This also had what could be considered as a forerunner to a Greek theater.

F: Celebration of a sport/ Decoration of a wall in a palace

C: Showed the minoan beauty body structure of a pinched waist. Females were white, males/youth were red. Created energy with the twisted body of the bull.

C: Two lions (questionable because their heads are missing), on a post and lintel gateway. Found by Henrich Shliemann.

DT: Post and lintel (a system of construction in which 2 posts support a lintel), Corebeled Arch ( of the two lions), both of these create a relieving triangle.
