250 VDC supplies highly reliable power to the Main Feed Pump and Main Turbine Generator emergency auxiliaries
125 VDC provide reliable control power to all plant auxiliaries. CW has its own seperate 125 VDC battery supply and chargers.
28 VDC supplies reliable control power to all plant auxiliaries.
NO initiation or control is needed to supply DC from the batteries to the bus.
All battery chargers carry all loads under normal power.
All Batteries are sized for 2 hours of operation during LOPA and chargers regain loads when EDGs come online. |
