- Nebulizer = 250mcg – 500mcg mixed with salbutamol, repeat up to 2 times if needed (Do not exceed 1000mcg)
- Combivent: 2.5ml – 5.0ml nebule, repeat every 10 minutes as needed but do not exceed 1000mcg of ipratropium bromide.
- MDI = 1 – 4 puffs as needed to a max of 10. Each puff is 20mcg.
