Rome. Oversteps the boundaries between life and art, literally with his toes hanging over the edge of the platform. Relates to an unseen entity, Goliath, the object of David's aggression, as well as the spectator, who is caught in the middle of the conflict. It challenges the viewer to walk around the work to see it from every angle. Implies movement, which brings it to life.
