20Ul is added to WBC unopette resorvior, which contains pre-measured valume of diluen (1.98 mL) compoused of ammonium oxalate, Sorensen's phosphate buffer, thimerosal and water. Lyses RBCS preserves WBCs and PLTs. Dilutes dpecimen is added to a hemacytometer for afor a manual count of leukocytes and/or platelets. Stable for 3 hours. |
