Departments are resonsible for collecting the appropriate source of data for their measures.
Storage of the Program Management measures are in the Program Management Repository on the Y: drive and the PMP binder |

Definition
Each department has their own threshold they measure to. In PMP in section 2.7 Program measures outlines the procedure for calculating the measurment to obatin a threshold value to determine the next course of action. |

Definition
measure are collected each month prior to monthly meetings. Information is collected from the applicable data source. For example for PM measure 1 - Contract vacanices - we pull from the F&A Employee status reposrt and Businesss Solutions Report which track number of positions assigned to number positions available. |

Definition
PM have two measures:
1. Contract - Number of Postions assigned/number position available to present a percentage; if between 89.9 and 80%preventative action is required; below 79.9 % a corrective action is required.
2. Various reports (DST Status meeting, Issue tracking log, BSR, F&A Report and timesheets) -- each report counts as on point so total received /number of points possible; if percentage between 89.9 and 80%preventative action is required; below 79.9 % a corrective action is required. |
