SYSCOMs- directives and processes for fielding or installation of new sys equip or SW. PM-Identify plan, budget, and submit all sys and resourse req. including development, of the NTS and coord. comment and future FY cost. TSA- approved Training sys sustainment req @ RFT date. NETC- Plan and execute TA roles and responsibilities when designated. FFC-validate and prioritize fleet training program.
