We are studying it so we can recognize the trend he set in using the ritornello form . In terms of the instrumental style of the Italian high baroque, the piece demonstrates the virtuosity of the solo violin episodes, and the way the ritornello establishes or follows the key changes as found in most ritornello forms.

Handel worked for electors while Bach worked for the schools and churches.
