Anelgesia: Adult: 2mg or 0.44 mg/kg IV, IO (smaller of the two)

seizures: Adult: 4mg IV, IO over 5 min. Repeat 10-15min. MAX: 8mg/12hr

deliver as close to heart as possible. Must immediately follow with saline flush.

Adult: 6mg rapid IV, IO. Immediately followed by 20mL rapid saline flush

cardiac arrest: 1mg (1:10,000) IV, IO may repeat q 5 min.

bradycardia: 1mcg/min (1:10,000) infusion. Usual dose 2-10 mcg/min 

allergic reactions: adult: 0.3-0.5 IM, SUB-Q. may repeat q 5 min (1mg MAX)
