A. Hypovolemia (volume infusion)

4. Administer epinephrine 1 mg of a 1:10,000 solution IV push or ETT. Repeat every 3-5 minutes.
5. Consider termination of efforts. Consider sonosite visualization of cardiac motion or lack thereof.
