A 55-year old male presents with headaches which are worse on getting up in the morning. In addition coughing and straining when he is constipated also makes the headache worse along with diplopia. On examination, there is bilateral papilledema and left sided CN VI palsy. A CT scan of his brain shows a solitary solid 5 cm lesion in the posterior lobe in the left cerebral hemisphere. |
