1. Retrieve the child into the Household

2. No redemptions in the current check set.

3. Deselect the foster indicator.

4. Void Current & Future checks as unused.

5. Issue Benefits

6. Yes redemptions in the current check set.

7. Leave the foster indicator selected

8. Create a new card for the foster ecu

9. Void future checks as unused.

10. Reissue using "Transition to WIC" for Foster ECU

11. Deactivate the Foster ecu and deselect the foster indicator.

12. Go to issue Benefits to the Primary.

Checks to Ebenefits

 Infant added to an existing economic unit that has WIC checks into the future and benefits day needs to be changed.

1. Assign a card to the Economic unit and review checks

2. No Redemptions in the current check set.

3. Void the current and future checks as unused.

4. Issue Benefits and change the benefit day as needed.

5. Yes Redemptions in the current check set.

6. Void the future check sets as unused.

7. Issue Benefits and change the benefit day.

Checks to Ebenefits

1. Retrieve the Foster child into the Household

2. Create a new wic card, review checks.

3. No redemptions on the current check set.

4. Void the current and future checks as unused.

5. Issue Benefits

6. Yes redemptions in the current check set.

7. Void the future checks sets

8. Reissue using code "Transition to Wic"

Checks to Ebenefits

HH Checks in the Future to Ebenefits & One member needs a prescription change.

1. No redemptions in the Current Check setfor the participant with RX change.

2. Create new prescription and card for the HH

3. Review the check history and void the current and future checks as unused for the participant with the precription change.

4. Issue Benefits to the person with the prescription change, others will continue using checks.

5. Yes redemptions in the current check set.

6. Select Foster for participant with RX change.

7. Assign a card, void future checks as unused.

8. Reissue if there has been a RX change.

9. Use Reissue code "Transition to WIC"

10. Deactivate & Destroy the Foster WIC card

11. Deselect the Foster child indicator.

12. Create a card for the primary economic unit

13. Issue Benefits for the participants with the prescription change.

Checks to Ebenefits

HH with checks into the future and two members need a prescription change.

(EX:Mom& Infant Breastfeeding status)

1. Create a new prescription.

2. No redemptions in the current check set for the participant with the RX change.

3. Create and Issue a  card for the primary ECU

4. Go to the Void check screen and void the current and future checks as unused, then Issue Benefits

5. Yes redemptions in the current check set.

6. Select the Foster indicator for the participant with the RX change.

7. Create a card for the Foster participant void future checks as unused , Reissue as "transition to wic card"

8. Deactivate & Destroy the Foster card, then create a Primary card.

9. Issue Benefits to the Primary (NEXT MOM)

10 . Void future checks for Mom as unused, Issue Benefits.

Retrieving a child from a Primary HH into a Different HH as a Foster.

1. Retrieve the child into the HH and select the Foster checkbox on the member screen.

2. Assign a card to the Foster ECU

3. Review the check history for Redemptions in the current check set.

4. No redemptions in the current check set. void the current & future checks as unused. Issue Benefits

5. Yes redemptions in the current check set . void future checks as unused.

6. Reissue using code "Transition to WIC Card"

7. Reissue benefits , Issue to Foster ECU.
